Sami Hero is a seasoned executive with a technical, sales, and marketing background. He grew up in small companies, including startups, and progressed into multi-billion dollar corporations. Sami has global experience with several regional and national roles in Europe, Asia, and the U.S. His passion is in building brands holistically from product, services, and marketing perspectives. Sami is a strong believer in solution marketing in the form it should exist - i.e., creating a total customer experience that leads into value creation through integrated products and services.
With a solid history of growing results and proven success, Sami is currently focused on transforming marketing into science and proving its value and impact to sales beyond reasonable doubts.
Sami was one of the first programmers on Macintosh in Finland, worked for Apple, was a programmer for Nielsen subsidiary working on coding automated TV viewer analysis, created a software company's local subsidiary in Finland, and ran and restructured many subsidiaries. He has been working for years running sales and marketing organizations driving branding, positioning, messaging, field marketing, PR/AR, and more.
Sami has lived in Finland, Sweden, France, the U.K., Canada, and now in the U.S.
