Kyle Kaechele is a senior sales leader at Oracle Corp. working within the Business Intelligence and Analytics team. In this role, he is focused on nurturing client relationships with large, strategic high-tech clients, assisting them in defining, planning, and implementing their business intelligence and analytics strategy.
Having served in a number of senior-level sales roles over the last 13 years, Kyle has developed deep experience in sales, sales leadership, and sales strategy. Before Oracle, Kyle led sales and marketing for TargetSolutions, a San Diego-based multi-tenant SaaS-model LMS company; and later rSmart, a Scottsdale-based ERP and enterprise software company. Kyle spent 11 years with TargetSolutions, where he increased the company's revenues from just $100k to a multimillion-dollar industry leader.
In 2008, Kyle was one of 40 people under 40 years old in the city of San Diego recognized for "business and civic achievements" by San Diego Metropolitan Business Magazine. As an undergraduate, Kyle studied Economics and Political Science at the University of California, San Diego.
