In addition, she has built organizations known for employee satisfaction, including being selected for the 100 Best Places to Work in Washington. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Caitlin rose rapidly through the ranks at AT&T in its fast-track program for top performers and was recognized as among the top 2% of all managers in the company, having driven revenues for her business unit from $300 million to $1.2 billion. She sits on several boards of directors and boards of advisors, primarily in the life sciences arena.
