Jeanette Watson is the chief of staff for the Deloitte Center for Technology, Media & Telecommunications. Prior to joining the Center in May 2017, Jeanette served as the US marketing lead for the Media & Entertainment (M&E) sector. In that role, she was responsible for the development of M&E sector marketing programs, events, and sector-specific thought leadership. Jeanette provided strategic marketing support to Deloitte's largest M&E clients. She led program management and marketing efforts around Deloitte's Digital Democracy survey, a multigenerational survey on consumer technology, media, and telecom trends.
Prior to Deloitte, Jeanette worked in public relations and communications for Eli Broad and the Broad Foundations, and served as a web producer at TechTV. She holds a BA in Comparative Literature from the University of California - Santa Barbara and an MA in Print Journalism & Communications from USC Annenberg School of Communications.
