Founder/Director, Carmel Art & Film Festival

Tom Burns is the founder and director of the annual Carmel International Film Festival in Carmel, California - a five-day festival spotlighting independent film, contemporary photography, fine art, and music, in one of the world's most magical places. Film categories are narrative feature, documentary, short, and student. The November 2011 festival will again include the Clint Eastwood Filmmakers Award, given each year to the filmmaker who Clint and Dina think best exemplifies an extraordinary commitment to the craft.

Tom is also the publisher of ARTWORKS Magazine.
