Gordon Harrison recently became the vice president of Research Operations at Info-Tech Research Group, having served as the company's CIO for seven years. Info-Tech is a fast-growing IT research firm based in London, Ontario, Canada.

Like all CIOs, Gord was responsible for trying to bring order out of chaos in all things IT-related. He prides himself on a transition to agile development methodologies and taking the agile experience to the rest of the IT department. He now brings that customer-first, early-value philosophy to the company's research department.

Prior to Info-Tech, Gord was an IT consultant for many years with a focus on business analysis, technical architecture, and project management. His IT experience grew out of educational game software development and insurance-industry application development.
