Henry Happel worked as an attorney in the Office of the Assistant General Counsel for International Affairs, U.S. Department of the Treasury, from 1972 to 1976. He was a founding partner of Mundt MacGregor LLP, a Seattle law firm, where he practiced corporate and commercial law from 1976 until 2001.
Since retiring from Mundt MacGregor, Henry has served as CEO of Advanced Robotic Vehicles Inc. in Seattle, during 2002 and 2003, and as CEO and director of Newnham Technology Inc. from late 2003 through the present. He is currently the Managing Member of DocDNA LLC, a recently formed technology information company.
Henry serves on the board of directors of the International Snow Leopard Trust and The Film Connection. A Houston native, Henry received a BA in Economics from Yale University in 1967 and a law degree from Stanford University in 1970.
