Prior to founding the executive coaching company GroupMV in 2000, Rob enjoyed success as an entrepreneur, board director (for public and private organizations), and corporate leader (CEO and CIO). He has held executive positions at Bankers Trust, Simon and Schuster, and Pearson.
Specifically, Rob serves the owners and leaders of technology-, information- and idea-based businesses to create powerful and practical organizational cultures and move through professional and personal transitions.

Rob earned a bachelor's degree from Cornell University and pursued advanced education at INSEAD (France), Harvard, and Stanford.
As co-developer of Vision Day® (www.visionday.com), the strategic planning day for your work and life, Rob has conducted hundreds of Vision Days for individuals, couples, families, business partnerships, and corporations. He is co-author of Speaking of Success with Stephen Covey and Brian Tracy.
A New York native, Rob works in partnership with his wife, accomplished life and executive coach Debbie Phillips, the founder of Women On Fire™, from Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts, and Naples, Florida.
