Lyndon Rive is the chief executive officer of SolarCity, a single-source provider of solar power financing, installation, and support. Since co-founding the company on July 4, 2006, Lyndon has grown SolarCity to become California's leading residential installer, with more installations in the state than any other company in 2007.

Prior to SolarCity, Lyndon founded Everdream, an industry leader in software and services for large-scale distributed computer management. Lyndon negotiated the company's acquisition by Dell Computer in 2006. A lifelong entrepreneur, Lyndon founded his first company at the age of 17 in South Africa, and in his spare time has been a member of the U.S. National Underwater Hockey Team.
