A few days ago, I found myself sitting on the sunny slope of a Swedish hill, in front of a 300-year-old manor house, looking down on an idyllic river scene. My guest was longtime friend, SNSer, and FiRe Advisory Board member Leif Pagrotsky, just back from fighting the good fight in Brussels. (Leif's past titles include Sweden's Minister of Trade, Minister for Industry and Trade, and Minister for Education and Culture; and much more, including a current role as VP of the Swedish Riksbank, Sweden's Central Bank.)
