Tony Lammers is currently the president and CEO of MAR Systems Inc., a clean water technology company with a patented and proprietary technology for the removal of dangerous heavy metal contaminations from water streams. He has over 30 years' experience leading commercialization and product development efforts, including three startup and early-stage venture-backed organizations, most recently working and living in China.

Global product development, sourcing, and trading experience combined with market understanding and commercialization expertise have allowed Tony to help move MAR Systems from R&D into a fully commercialized company that is currently manufacturing, distributing, and selling its Sorbster™ heavy metals removing technology to industry. Tony is currently leading the team focused on manufacturing scale-up and full product launch.

Tony holds 20+ patents and consults with a variety of companies on product development, manufacturing, and commercialization strategies. He has an MBA degree from the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University, and a BA in Economics from the University of Richmond.
