Soroush Nazarpour, Ph.D. (Nanotechnology, Universitat de Barcelona), has extensive experience in advanced carbon nanomaterials, device physics, materials processing, and integration. Soroush is an acknowledged expert in the field of graphene. His current technology focus is on the development of advanced polymer composite materials based on graphene, scalable production processes, and the integration of graphene into existing industrial products and processes to create disruptive technologies.

In the world of literature, Soroush and Steve Waite came together to co-author a book on graphene by the title Graphene, From Lab to Technology. This book will be published in 2016 by Wiley & Co. Soroush was also the editor of "Thin Films and Coatings in Biological Application," which was published in 2014 by Springer Publishing.

As the CEO of NanoXplore, Soroush has been responsible for the company's past two financing rounds and is the lead for the current financing. Past financing came from Mason Graphite ($700K equity, Feb. & May, 2014, in 2 tranches) and Individual Investors ($2.75M equity in Dec. 2014 & April 2015 in 2 tranches).
