A diligent, hard-working visionary who is currently focused on solving the world's energy problems with one revolutionary clean technology at a time, Will is the founder and currently CEO of 24-hour Solar Roof, MaxHarvest Microinverters, EnerMaster, Flash Charge Batteries LLC, and GreenTech Endeavors, a company that is dedicated to incubating clean-tech startups, among others.

Will has two children, Christian and Barbara. When he's not starting a business or advising first-time entrepreneurs, he has fun playing soccer, tennis, beach-volley, and chess (always looking for a match!). He also enjoys traveling, skiing, and reading.
