Bill Soward is currently CEO at Titan Seal, an early-stage company that uses the blockchain to digitally certify important documents. He is also executive director of ShelterTech, a nonprofit solving the biggest technology challenges faced by those experiencing homelessness. Previously, he served for five years as chief operating officer at Lecorpio, a global leader in cloud-based (SaaS) enterprise intellectual-property management software that merged with Anaqua in July 2017.

Prior to Lecorpio, Bill served as CEO and president of Adaptive Insights (formally Adaptive Planning), the global leader in cloud-based budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, which was recognized as #1 in customer satisfaction by Gartner. Adaptive Insights was acquired by Workday for $1.6 billion in 2018. Before Adaptive Insights, Bill was general manager of FRS, a business unit of S1 Corp., providing financial institutions worldwide with enterprise risk and regulatory compliance solutions. At S1, Bill transformed FRS into S1's most successful business unit, more than doubling revenues while building profitable and sustainable customer relationships with global financial institutions. Additionally, as a member of S1's executive team, Bill spearheaded the buildout of S1's European operations and served as interim CEO of S1 Europe as well as S1's Edify business unit. He also held a variety of management roles at Edify Corp. prior to its acquisition by S1 and played an instrumental role in that company's acquisition by S1.

Earlier in his career, Bill worked at ROLM / Siemens A.G. and IBM Corp. Bill received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of California - Berkeley.
