Andy Bochman provides strategic guidance on topics at the intersection of critical infrastructure security and resilience to senior US and international government and industry leaders. Before joining Idaho National Lab, he was a USAF communications officer, the Global Energy & Utilities security lead at IBM, and a senior advisor at the Chertoff Group in Washington, DC.

A subject-matter expert listed with the US State Department Speakers Bureau, Andy recently trained Black Sea region energy regulators on cyber-physical security. His most recent publications include The Missing Chief Security Officer (CXO), Internet Insecurity: the Brutal Truth (HBR), and Supply Chain in the Software Era (Atlantic Council).
