Mark Linao is a Los Angeles–based investor and general partner at Progression Fund, a consumer VC fund focused on seed and pre-seed companies. Mark spent two stints in corporate venture for a media tech company and a mobile gaming company before starting Progression.

Prior to venture capital, he spent time as an engineer in the aerospace and defense industry for almost five years, a media tech startup, and at Amazon Last Mile. Mark focuses on the interactive media, gaming, and consumer internet space. He has both his BS and MS in materials engineering from UCLA before earning his MBA from the University of Michigan.
