Wilfred Audley has dedicated his entire career to advancing the transition to renewable energy and electric vehicles. As the CEO and founder of Beech Energy, he has helped businesses navigate growth in a rapidly evolving and promising industry, with a focus on rooftop solar and energy storage development. His firm’s primary client was eleXsys Energy, a Brisbane-based innovator in solar, battery systems, and power electronics.

Now working full-time on the front lines of utility-scale renewable development, Wilfred is leading the charge on multiple large-scale solar projects in Wisconsin, including 300 MW, 200 MW, and 100 MW developments. His work helps shape the future of sustainable infrastructure in the US Midwest.

Wilfred also contributes his time each year to the Future in Review conference, where he has previously served as a FiReFellow and FiReFellow team leader. In 2025, he is stepping into a new role as one of the operations leads, helping to run the conference behind the scenes.
