Sydney House has a diverse work experience that includes roles at Certa, Keystone Strategy, Dartmouth College, Edgeworth Economics LLC, and DEG Digital. With a start year of 2015, Sydney's first role was as a marketing and e-commerce intern at DEG Digital. In 2016, they worked as a presidential scholar research assistant at Dartmouth College, where they examined participants' responses in probabilistic decision-making experiments. Later in 2017, Sydney had two internships at Keystone Strategy and Edgeworth Economics LLC. From 2018 to 2022, Sydney worked at Keystone Strategy as a consultant, starting as an associate in 2018 and finishing as a consultant II. In 2023, they started working as a product manager at Certa.

Sydney earned a bachelor's degree cum laude with a double major in economics and government from Dartmouth College. Sydney also participated in an exchange program for political science at the London School of Economics and political science (LSE). Additionally, they obtained two PMC Level I certifications from Pragmatic Institute in July 2022.
