Garri Jones

COO, Centres of Clinical Excellence

Garri Jones graduated from Cambridge University with an MA and MEng in Manufacturing Engineering and a MPhil in International Relations. He spent 11 years on the Equities floor of Goldman Sachs International in London, closely involved in the IPOs of companies such as BSkyB, Orange, Computacenter, and Infineon, as well as many other TMT companies. He helped found and manage the Global Tech sales team in London and was also COO of Pan European Shares and head of European Corporate Access.

In 2005, Garri left Goldman Sachs to become a founding partner of Circle, Europe's largest partnership of clinicians, and a leading provider of hospital services in the U.K. Garri is a director of Health Capital, which coordinates all the fundraising for Circle and its sister property developer, Health Properties, which built Circle's latest hospital, designed by Foster + Partners, which opened in Bath in February 2010.

Garri also has a keen interest in education, coming from a family of teachers, and is a director of Educate School Services, a newly formed company created to help schools deal with their increasing back- and middle-office burden.

Garri is married with three children. His interests include current and international affairs and all sports. He is a member of the MCC Cricket Committee and a mentor of the MCC University side at Cambridge.
