Two negative pivots driven by the same issues of technical imperfection

Many of our SNS members have written in asking about the Oval Office announcement featuring President Trump, Sam Altman, Son San, and Larry Ellison, and the promise of $100B-$500B to be spent on a new venture called Stargate. And the next day, about the Chinese DeepSeek project that cratered the markets for a day.
