Andrea is the founder of Earth League International (ELI), the first Intelligence Agency for Earth, a pioneer in the use of professional intelligence applied to environmental crime. Those intelligence-gathering operations produced confidential reports supervised by Andrea that have been routinely shared with various law enforcement agencies and governmental organizations around the world, including US Homeland Security, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Interpol, the UN Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), and various governmental authorities in Latin America and Asia.
